- Steve B Review added: 2018.11.13★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm all for using local companies where possible and usually find the service to be great, however when Rownhams Bed Centre delivered my new bed they damaged personal property and the property itself - their unhelpful and unfriendly response "it's in our terms and conditions that we are not liable for any damage we cause!". However when I later found my receipt and checked their T&Cs I found this not to be the case but was outside of their time limit for reporting it in writing.
My advice - shop elsewhere where they have an idea about good customer service.
